It was my mom’s birthday this past week. She would have turned 81 this year. I’ve missed her a little extra this week. Today’s post is for her. She only saw the publication of Fermented Vegetables. She missed Fiery Ferments by a few months. She was so delighted and proud. She would constantly check Amazon ratings and tell me how the reviews were doing.
